Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong inside sales expertise and travel industry knowledge to drive sales of international holiday packages. The role requires a high sense of ownership, client management acumen, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inside sales activities for international holiday packages.
- Build and nurture relationships with walk-in and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to implement robust sales strategies.
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Candidate Qualification:
- 3year hands-on experience in travel/holidays industry (preferably international).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High sense of ownership; strong independent and team player.
- Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
