Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager with solid experience in B2C international travel sales. This role requires deep knowledge of international destinations, strong closing ability, and the capability to train and guide a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of international travel sales consultants
Drive revenue through international holiday package sales
Handle complex itineraries and high-value customer closures
Train team members on international destinations, routing, and costing
Coach the team on sales skills, objection handling, and follow-ups
Track daily targets, conversions, and pipelines using CRM
Maintain strict sales discipline and process adherence
Coordinate with Operations for smooth post-booking execution
Required Skills & Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in B2C international travel sales
Strong hands-on knowledge of international destinations and itineraries
Proven ability to close international holiday bookings
Experience training or mentoring sales team members
Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills
Comfortable working with CRM and sales systems
Target-driven and execution-focused mindset
