Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and managing sales operations, focusing on acquiring new clients and fostering long-term partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and meeting revenue goals. The Sales Manager will also engage with clients to understand and address their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, and CRM tools
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Experience in the digital marketing or content creation industry is highly desirable
