Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new MICE clients and accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow MICE revenue.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing for MICE events.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, DMCs, and travel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Act as the primary point of contact from lead generation through event execution.

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate closely with operations, banquet, and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of MICE events.
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed to satisfaction.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups, feedback, and repeat business opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the MICE segment.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and sales collateral for MICE.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 47 years of experience in MICE sales, hospitality sales, or corporate event management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the MICE segment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts/events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
