Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mahbubnagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, strategizing to meet revenue goals, and identifying opportunities in the region to expand the organization's customer base. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing a team of sales executives, and performing market assessments to understand customer and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strategic planning and market analysis expertise
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in customer management tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales or financial services is preferred
