Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager to join our team in Dhanbad. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team of sales agents, develop strategies to drive insurance sales, and meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include supervising operations, training staff, building client relationships, analyzing sales reports, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Proven leadership abilities, including Team Management and Training
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Goal Setting, and Performance Tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools for sales process management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic markets
