Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Malbazar subdivision. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating a team of sales agents, and ensuring targets are met. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and guidance to the sales team. The role requires regular reporting, coordination with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance monitoring, and training sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and strategic thinking to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prior experience in insurance or related financial services is preferred
- Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to work on-site in Malbazar subdivision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
