Front Line Sales Manager

We are seeking a Front Line Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Bargarh, with some flexibility for remote work. The Front Line Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and development, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also requires overseeing daily sales activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Sales Strategy Development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify business opportunities and resolve challenges
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and sales processes
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales or a leadership role is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
