Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage client relationships, monitor market trends to identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will also include preparing sales reports, leading a sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategy development, market analysis, and revenue generation expertise
  • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with client relationship management and understanding customer needs
  • Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the coal industry, logistics, or related domains is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve goals
