Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales
targets
Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities through research,
networking and cold calling
Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Conducting sales presentations and product demo to prospective
customers
Managing and growing large, strategic accounts to maximize client value and
retention
Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard new
clients
Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management
Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
• Familiarity with finance or financial products
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master's degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving
targets.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing large, strategic accounts
