•Qualification Criteria
-Bachelor's degree (mandatory), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
-Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market (preferred).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
•Roles & Responsibilities
-Generate sales through direct clients and channel partners.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury residential projects.
-Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations.
-Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
-Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
-Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
