Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our SME Agency vertical in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through agency partnerships, focusing on commercial line insurance products. This role requires strong relationship management skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of SME insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage agency channel partners to drive business in the SME segment
• Promote and sell commercial line products including Property Insurance, Marine Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Employee Benefit Products
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the network
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines
• Strong understanding of insurance products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
