Role Description
The Sales Manager position at SMART INVESTORS is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales activities, develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify and acquire new clients, and manage key accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, track market trends, and provide leadership to the sales team to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will cultivate strong business relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Engagement
- Skilled in Market Analysis, Relationship Management, and Account Management
- Strong Leadership abilities, with expertise in Team Management and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Negotiation, Communication, and Problem-Solving
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related industries is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
