Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join a leading FMCG brand. The role involves overseeing distributor sales, expanding retail presence, and driving market growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure timely product availability.
  • Retail Coverage: Strategically expand and manage retail presence across the assigned territory to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to optimize sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
