Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, tracking sales targets, and identifying potential business opportunities. They will also conduct market research to understand trends and collaborate with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is an advantage
