Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager, a full-time hybrid role based in Ameerpet, will focus on managing and driving regional sales performance. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves customer relationship management, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to identify business opportunities. Some tasks can be performed remotely, with periodic in-office meetings and fieldwork required.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership abilities, including mentoring and motivating team members
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify potential business opportunities and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work settings, combining remote and in-office responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services or lending sector is advantageous
