Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company and other activities
  • Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationship
  • Verbal and written communication with clients and Companies.
  • Sell real estate projects to the clients
  • Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.
  • Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property dealing and real estate Market.
  • Market commercial projects.
  • Go for meetings and inspections with clients
  • Database management related to Clients and Properties.
  • Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
  • Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
