Job Description

Identify and evaluate target markets using hospital operational understanding, market reports, and dashboard tools.
Analyze market utilization, demographics, and referral patterns to support strategic sales priorities.
Develop sales and retention strategies for facility service lines with defined timelines and measurable goals.
Conduct pre- and post-sales call planning while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
Build and retain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, schedulers, and medical staff.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to close business opportunities and address referral challenges.
Communicate market trends, opportunities, and issues to the internal team promptly.
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Manage and enhance social media presence and online brand visibility.
Measure digital marketing performance against KPIs and ROI, optimizing campaigns based on insights.
Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve user journeys and campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and enhance user experience across channels.
Work with agencies and technology partners to implement new tools and digital innovations.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and recommend suitable adoption strategies.
