Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Work

Mode: Remote

Role Overview:

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more

comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology

supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International

markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly

exterior and interior projects.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales

operations across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry

knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and

crossfunctional collaboration to ensure sustained business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution for Projects.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with companyobjectives.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets.

High value projects and medium scale projects in pipeline.

Candidates should be willing to travel to 3 to 4 States as part of their job responsibilities.

Qualification & Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial

role within the faade/ Architectural Lighting.

Proven success in managing regional sales teams and achieving revenue goals and

executed large scale lighting projects with showcases.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Ability to travel as required across the region.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in Faade /Architectural Lighting.

Multilingual capabilities depending on region.

Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors (GIS) within the

industry.
