Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be tasked with leading and managing sales operations, strategizing to meet sales goals, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving set targets. Managing client accounts and ensuring high satisfaction levels are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Strategy Development, Market Research, and Sales Analysis
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and finalizing deals
  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing or technological tools and equipment industry is a plus
