Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patran for an Area Sales Manager at ACCUSCOPE PHARMACEUTICAL PRIVATE LIMITED. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales team activities, monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also provide product training, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and healthcare industry trends
  • Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and sales tracking
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
