We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
