Position: Sales Manager

Location: Rohtak, Delhi, Trivandrum & Chandigarh

Pay Package : Up to 1 Crore

  • Commission & Incentives: High, uncapped (linked to closures and revenue growth)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AI education product sales and secure partnerships with Institutions like Schools, Colleges and Universities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and strategic discussions with Institutions leadership.
  • Develop and execute regional and national sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team while ensuring CRM discipline and accurate reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven results and measurable outcomes in B2B/Institutional Sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value, long-cycle institutional deals with strong negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel extensively and engage school authorities.
