Role Summary (Read Carefully)
This is a full-cycle sales and business development role.
You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and closing enrollments for our tech training programs.
This role includes:
Inbound lead handling
Outbound sales outreach
Cold calling
Lead generation
College partnerships
Business development
Closing high-value enrollments
If you are comfortable only answering calls, this job is not for you.
We are looking for sales hunters who can create opportunities and close deals.

Lead generation through research
Educational events and networking
All required marketing materials, training, and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, research, and outreach
Visit colleges and institutions to build partnerships
Conduct program presentations and career guidance sessions
Convert leads into paid enrollments
Explain AI, Cybersecurity, and Data programs clearly to students and parents
Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to payment
Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up systems
Coordinate with academic and operations teams after enrollment
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and deal closures independently
Sales Targets & Performance
Minimum Monthly Revenue Target: 510 lakh
Expected Target for Strong Performers: 1015 lakh
Evaluation is purely performance-based
Top performers grow fast.
Average performers don't last.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in sales
Experience in education, IT training, or software sales preferred
Strong cold calling and closing ability
Experience selling courses like:
AI / Machine Learning
Cybersecurity
Data Science
Data Analytics
Ethical Hacking
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 25,000 35,000/month
High Commission per enrollment
No earning cap for performers
Top closers can earn 50,000 1,00,000+ per month.
