Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through delegate and sponsorship acquisition, client relationship management, and partnership development for sustainability, policy, and industry-focused conferences and exhibitions under the Urdhva Management / Recommerce brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team building and leadership to ensure smooth coordination and a positive work culture.
  • Training and onboarding new team members to help them perform effectively.
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance to track progress and achieve results.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and event-wise sales targets consistently.
  • Handling key accounts and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Continuous learning and upskilling as per business goals and market trends.
  • Should be open to travel for business requirements.
  • Provide daily progress updates and work closely under guidance/mentorship.
  • A strong team player focused on growth, cooperation and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any stream
  • Experience: 2- 4 years ( preferably in B2B event or corporate sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
