The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through delegate and sponsorship acquisition, client relationship management, and partnership development for sustainability, policy, and industry-focused conferences and exhibitions under the Urdhva Management / Recommerce brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Team building and leadership to ensure smooth coordination and a positive work culture.
- Training and onboarding new team members to help them perform effectively.
- Monitoring KPIs and performance to track progress and achieve results.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and event-wise sales targets consistently.
- Handling key accounts and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Continuous learning and upskilling as per business goals and market trends.
- Should be open to travel for business requirements.
- Provide daily progress updates and work closely under guidance/mentorship.
- A strong team player focused on growth, cooperation and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 2- 4 years ( preferably in B2B event or corporate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
