Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida for the Real Estate domain at Vridora Realtors & Developers. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading sales teams, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, crafting customized solutions for developers and investors, and meeting sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sales Management, Negotiation, and Persuasive Communication
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and technology-driven sales processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with developers and investors
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Noida and the surrounding region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
