**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Gurgaon. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and close high-value deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation abilities
- High energy and ability to make 200+ calls per day consistently
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Own 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler (mandatory for client meetings)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (10% hike on last drawn salary)
