Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our advisory and AI-enabled consulting services in the US market.
This is a quota-bearing, client-facing leadership role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing high-value consulting engagements with C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B sales, preferably within strategy, analytics, or SaaS-enabled advisory domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for US-based clients.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Strategy domains.
- Conduct consultative needs assessments to craft tailored value propositions and close deals.
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with CxO-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy consultants and delivery teams to co-develop client solutions.
- Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership engagements.
- Track and report pipeline progress, key performance indicators, and forecasts regularly.
Experience & Background:
- 610 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in strategy consulting, analytics, or SaaS-based advisory services.
- Proven track record of selling complex consulting or strategic services to senior executives (CEO, CFO, CSO, Partners).
- Strong experience in solution-based and consultative selling.
- Familiarity with the US consulting or PE/IB ecosystem is essential.
- Proven success in pipeline management, quota achievement, and client acquisition.
- Exposure to AI/analytics-based service offerings is a significant advantage.
