We're Hiring: Sales Officer / Sales Manager
Locations: Delhi
WeShare is expanding, and we're looking for sales professionals who understand the travel industry and know how to build strong B2B partnerships.
What you'll handle:
Build and grow B2B partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, and other key partners
Identify new business opportunities and widen our regional client base
Visit clients regularly and deliver engaging presentations
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed targets
Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat and long-term business
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements
Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with operations
Share timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with management
What we're looking for:
25 years of B2B sales experience in the travel and tourism industry (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel extensively
Confident negotiator with strong networking abilities
Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive
Good understanding of travel products, destinations, and tourism trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
Proficient in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a plus
