Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading business development efforts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also ensure a robust pipeline of business opportunities by analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and fostering collaboration within the team to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management capabilities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry is a significant advantage
