Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves team management, market research, negotiation, and collaboration with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals. The Sales Manager will also evaluate customer needs and deliver tailored finance solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Analytical skills for market research and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the finance or NBFC sector is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
