URGENT POSITION TO BE FILLED.

We're Hiring: Manager – Technical Sales (Process Equipment)

Location: Noida, UP

Travel: PAN India (30–40%)

Open to PAN India candidates willing to relocate

Salary: 60,000 – 80,000/month [Fixed & MAX] + Standard benefits

We are expanding our commercial team to support a strong and growing order pipeline in the industrial/process equipment space.

This is NOT a lead generation role.

This is for professionals who own deals, drive closures, and thrive in complex B2B sales cycles.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage 15–25+ active enquiries and drive them to closure
  • Lead client follow-ups, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for proposal execution
  • Own the entire sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → PO
  • Maintain structured pipeline tracking via CRM (Zoho/Salesforce)
  • Engage with EPCs, refineries, and industrial clients across India

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least min of 5 years experience in technical sales of industrial/process equipment
  • Background in selling:
  • Heat Exchangers | Pressure Vessels | Boilers | Fired Heaters |
  • Flare Systems | Thermal Oxidisers | Gas Handling Equipment | Skids
  • Strong experience in B2B capital equipment sales (₹5L+ deal size)
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles (2–12 months)
  • Ability to interact with procurement + engineering stakeholders

Must Have:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in commercial negotiations & deal closures
  • CRM discipline (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Good to Have (Bonus):

  • Experience in combustion, flaring, gas processing, or biogas
  • Exposure to EPC/LSTK project sales
  • Familiarity with ASME / API / PESO standards
  • International sales exposure
