Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with an Architecture background to drive business growth and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and contractors. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical architectural knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities, influence project specifications, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
· Engage with architects, designers, consultants, and developers to promote products/services and secure project specifications.
· Track project pipelines and identify opportunities in upcoming projects.
· Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
· Achieve sales targets and maintain regular reporting on pipeline and revenue forecasts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
