Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loans / LAP

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officers for a leading Small Finance Bank in the Home Loan segment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales, referrals, builders, brokers, and DSAs while ensuring excellent customer service and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Generate business through field sales activities, referrals, builders, brokers, and DSA channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing
• Cross-sell insurance and other banking products
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and portfolio quality
• Maintain daily MIS and sales reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / LAP sales
• Customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of loan documentation and processing
• Ability to work in field sales and achieve targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales
• Field sales experience is mandatory
• Good local market knowledge
• Must own a two-wheeler

Locations:

Hyderabad-Gachibowli, Medchal , Shamshabad.
