Sales Manager – IT Staffing (C2H Mandatory)

Location: Bangalore / NCR

Experience: 5–15 Years

Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Sales Managers from the IT Staffing industry with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing sales. This role is focused on driving business growth through a combination of Hunting, Farming, and Mining client accounts across Domestic Staffing engagements.

We are looking to hire:

  • 1 Sales Manager – Bangalore
  • 1 Sales Manager – NCR Region

Candidates with exposure to domains such as Semiconductors & Electronics, Media/Advertising/Education, or Hospitality/Travel/Logistics will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition (Hunting) for IT staffing and C2H opportunities
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships through Farming & Mining strategies
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into staffing business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and procurement teams
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment/delivery teams for timely closures
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and staffing agreements
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline, forecasting, and MIS reporting
  • Identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–15 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales
  • Strong hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing sales – Mandatory
  • Proven experience in Hunting, Farming, and Mining accounts
  • Strong track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
  • Good understanding of IT technologies, staffing lifecycle, and hiring models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering background preferred
  • Experience in T&M / Staffing Sales preferred
  • Existing market connect with mid-to-large enterprise clients
  • Exposure to Domestic Staffing engagements
  • Domain exposure in any of the following is an added advantage:
  • Semiconductors & Electronics
  • Media, Advertising & Education
  • Hospitality, Travel & Logistics
