Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and contributing to overall business growth. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Guide, mentor, and support executives in achieving the targets.
• Assist executives in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay updated with market trends.
