Role Description
The Sales Manager - Primary Sales - Pune East will lead and oversee primary sales operations in the Pune East region. This full-time, on-site role located in Pune requires management of sales teams, implementing sales strategies, driving customer engagement, and achieving business targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring market trends, leading negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with other teams.
Qualifications
Should be having 2-5 years of experience in Pune East (Real estate)
Salary:4 LPA TO 8 LPA FIXED + Incentive
- Proven experience in Sales Leadership, team management, and strategic planning.
- Expertise in customer engagement, negotiation, and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Pune East and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- A results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
