Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams
- Prior experience in General Insurance sales will be preferred
- Candidates must have strong knowledge of the Surat market and regional business landscape
- Regional language proficiency (Gujarati) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Develop sales strategies to expand business opportunities across Surat and nearby regions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive business growth
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and reporting processes
