Export Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales operations. This role involves identifying global business opportunities, nurturing international client relationships, and managing the full export sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textiles, strategic sales planning, and a drive to grow business across borders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and expand into new international markets for fabric products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for overseas deals
  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws and documentation standards
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth and timely deliveries
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions
  • Conduct market research on global trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Track and report on export sales performance, targets, and key metrics
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the textile or fabric sector
  • In-depth knowledge of global trade practices, export documentation, and compliance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with international business tools and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
