Role 1: Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you'll spearhead client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account growth. You'll play a vital role in expanding PIB's corporate portfolio in health and general insurance, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new corporate clients across healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and other sectors
  • Build and nurture long-term B2B relationships with high-value accounts
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national goals
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and product teams for proposals and policy servicing
  • Track sales metrics and market trends to drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and ethical standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare preferred
  • 312 years of insurance sales experience (B2B/corporate preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of group health insurance & general insurance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil/Malayalam preferred
  • Willingness to travel across assigned cities

Role 2: Retail Branch Manager

About the Role

As a Retail Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for driving health & life insurance sales at the branch level. You'll lead a team of advisors and executives, focus on customer acquisition and retention, and ensure branch-level growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of retail health & life insurance through direct sales, agency channels, and partnerships
  • Achieve branch-level sales targets for policies, premiums & revenue
  • Acquire new customers and cross-sell/upsell to existing ones
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals & claims support
  • Recruit, train, and manage branch sales executives, agents, and advisors
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and mentor the team to success

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Graduate (UG) specialization not mandatory
  • 312 years of insurance sales experience (health & life preferred)
  • Strong record of meeting retail sales targets and managing channels
  • Candidates who can bring in a sales team will be preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication & customer acquisition skills
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil/Malayalam preferred
