About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and loves building business from scratch. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new customers, owning the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business
- Identify, research, and engage with mid to senior-level decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Build and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Present Xoxoday's products as tailored solutions to client challenges
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new customer acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to close complex deals
- Work across global markets / time zones as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (subscription-based products preferred)
- Proven track record in new business acquisition / hunting roles
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation & objection handling
- Ability to engage confidently with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, pipeline management & forecasting
- Background in Rewards, Loyalty, Incentives, or HR Tech is a strong plus
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end SaaS sales (prospecting closure)
- Must be from a B2B SaaS product company
- Strong experience in pipeline building and deal closure
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
Exclusion Criteria
- Candidates from prepaid card / POS sales backgrounds
- Candidates with only product-led loyalty sales (without customization experience)
