We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (SM). The SM will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing Saless, and offering tailored investment solutions across a range of financial products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Present the firm's broking services and financial products to potential clients and tailor offerings to suit their needs.
2. Client Sales Management:
- Manage and strengthen Sales with existing clients by providing exceptional service and investment advice.
- Regularly review client portfolios and offer recommendations based on market trends and investment goals.
3. Investment Advisory:
- Provide clients with in-depth market insights and guide them on equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment instruments.
- Assist clients with portfolio management and advise on trading strategies in line with their financial objectives.
4. Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving brokerage fees, commissions, and cross-selling financial products such as Mutual funds, Insurance, Bonds, Advisory , PMS etc.
5. Risk Management:
- Educate clients about market risks and trading practices, ensuring that their investments align with their risk tolerance.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC, anti-money laundering (AML), and other financial regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in broking, financial services, or wealth management
- Graduate/MBA
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, Sales management, and revenue generation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
