Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Managers to lead a team of Sales Executives and Telesales Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, revenue generation, client conversion, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets for our open plots and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of field Sales Executives and Telesales Associates.
• Set and monitor team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
• Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and close deals.
• Oversee client site visits, price negotiations, and final closures.
• Track and analyze team performance using CRM and reports.
• Train team members on products, soft skills, and negotiation techniques.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Business Development for lead flow.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to stay competitive.
• Present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.
• Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
• Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in real estate sales (plots/villas/apartments), with at least 2 years in team handling.
• Proven success in team-based sales roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Two-wheeler preferred for site mobility.
