Role Overview
We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our Karnataka business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Key Account Manager and Area Business Manager team; drive strong account planning, field coaching, and a culture of ownership.
- Business Growth: Own regional targets; execute territory plans; drive forecasting, resource allocation, and ROI-led decisions
- Key Accounts: Develop and expand relationships with leading dermatologists, clinics, and channel partners; unlock high-value opportunities
- Execution: Partner cross-functionally to drive launches, marketing execution, and market expansion
- Governance: Ensure discipline in CRM, reporting, budgets, and compliance
Who We're Looking For
- DERMA EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
- 6–12 years in derma sales with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing territories and delivering growth
