Job Summary:
The Transaction Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, including client acquisition, property sourcing, market analysis, negotiations, site visits, and deal closures. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate with landlords, developers, and corporate clients to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing and sales transactions for commercial office spaces.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct market research and maintain updated knowledge of market trends, rentals, and availability.
- Identify and source commercial properties aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate closure of transactions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, comparative analysis, and transaction reports.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance during transaction closure.
- Achieve individual revenue and transaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions/leasing.
- Strong understanding of office market dynamics and leasing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and market mapping.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Advisory Firms, Property Consulting Firms.
