Sales Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive sales of Paint Protection Film (PPF) across the Gurgaon region.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business by regularly visiting car detailing studios, automobile service centres, car renovation/customisation businesses, PPF installers, premium car workshops and automotive accessory dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for PPF (Paint Protection Film).
• Regularly visit car detailing studios, automobile workshops, service centres and car renovation businesses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with PPF installers, dealers, distributors and automotive businesses.
• Generate leads, conduct product presentations and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop new dealers and channel partners across Gurgaon and nearby NCR locations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PPF solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and payments.
• Maintain regular relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in field sales / business development.
• Experience in PPF, car detailing, automotive accessories, car care, automobile aftermarket or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong field-sales and customer-acquisition skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Should be comfortable with extensive field visits across Gurgaon/Gurugram.
• Should have a strong network or ability to build relationships with automobile and car-care businesses.
• Target-oriented and self-driven.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
