About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and customer requirements and drive business growth across the defense, aerospace and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Defense, Aerospace & Government sectors

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

• Handle IR, EO, AI-based imaging/camera and payload solutions

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and prepare proposals

• Work closely with R&D and Engineering teams for customized solutions

• Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, negotiation, closure & post-sales support

• Build and maintain relationships with defense agencies, government organizations and system integrators

• Track market trends, competitors and emerging technologies

• Develop business through Government/GeM, B2B Domestic and Export channels

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Technical Sales

Experience in Defense / Aerospace / UAV / Drone / Embedded Systems / Imaging is preferred

Experience working with UAV, drone or defense equipment

Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business solutions

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Exposure to Government/Defense procurement processes

Existing network with Defense organizations, DRDO or Drone System Integrators will be an advantage

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technology
