Job Description

  • Minimum 2–3 years of LAP experience mandatory
  • Must source business through DSA Partners and Connectors
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, balance sheets, and financials
  • Field-oriented sales role

Strong understanding of LAP products and property-backed lending

Basic financial understanding (P&L, Net Profit, EBITDA, Balance Sheet)

Field sales experience

Must be earning incentives in current/last role

Minimum CIBIL Score: 650+

Currently employed

Minimum 1 year tenure in current organization

Earned incentives at least 3 times in the last 6 months
