Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Maharashtra.
  • Identify and acquire new healthcare customers (hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical institutions).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) for smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at healthcare trade shows, conferences, and client meetings in Maharashtra.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within healthcare customer, medical devices, or pharmaceutical equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network within Maharashtra healthcare institutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
